ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 25, 2022) U.S. Marines and Sailors prepare to launch a combat rubber raiding craft inflatable boat during Littoral Exercise I (LEX) aboard the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Wichita (LCS 13) on Jan. 25, 2022. During LEX I, Marines and Sailors are experimenting with new concepts and forces to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments along the East Coast.
