Ford (CVN 78) aircraft intermediate maintenance department, simulates an injury during a phase II crew certification medical evaluation, Jan. 25, 2022. Phase III Crew Certification focuses on how the ship's training teams accomplish necessary crew training needed to return the ship to sea.
