CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Jan. 26, 2022) U.S. Navy Cmdr. Michael Blair, the senior medical officer at Michaud Expeditionary Medical Facility, uses a stethoscope to check the heart rate of a simulated patient during a mass casualties exercise on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ). CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
