NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 24, 2022) Sailors assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), participate in a firefighting training evolution in support of Phase III Crew Certification, Jan. 24, 2022. Phase III Crew Certification focuses on how the ship’s training teams accomplish necessary crew training needed to return the ship to sea.
