MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Jan. 2, 2022) The Italian navy Carlo Bergamini-class frigate Carlo Margottini (F-592) transits the Mediterranean Sea during maneuvering operations with units from U.S. 6th Fleet�s Forward Deployed Naval Forces-Europe and the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group, Jan. 2, 2022. The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to maintain maritime security, and defend U.S., allied and partner interest in Europe and Africa.
