YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 14, 2021) Damage Controlman 3rd Class William Knowles, from Key West, Florida, assigned to the U.S. Navy�s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), wipes down an Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) station to maintain cleanliness.
