MONTEREY, Calif. (Dec. 17, 2021) Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Eric Wendt, former commander of NATO Special Operations Headquarters, delivers the commencement address for the Naval Postgraduate School’s (NPS) 2021 Fall Quarter Graduation ceremony, Dec. 17, in King Hall Auditorium. The ceremony honored 331 graduates, including 9 international students from 7 countries. The in-person graduation ceremony is the third such event for NPS this year and recognized the remarkable achievements and resiliency of NPS faculty, staff and students.
