DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Dec. 16, 2021) U.S. Navy Electronics Technician 2nd Class Austyn Scruggs, from Anderson, S.C., a Sailor assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 10 (MSRON-10), Commander, Task Group 68.6, instructs Djiboutian Navy recruits on proper practice line handling during a six-week professional maritime orientation course, Dec. 16, 2021. The professional maritime orientation course was designed around basic line handling, man overboard, engineering, seamanship, life saving and nautical terminology. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
