PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec. 10, 2021) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE-11). Howard is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy's largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet's principal surface force.
