KITTERY, Maine (Dec.10, 2021) Capt. Daniel Reiss departs the establishment ceremony for Commander, Submarine Squadron (SUBRON) 2 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, Maine, Dec. 10.
