ITHACA, New York (Nov. 20, 2021) Naval ROTC Midshipmen from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute present arms during a drill competition held at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Nov. 20, 2021. Several ROTC Programs from across New York and Pennsylvania attended to participate in both drill and athletic competitions.
