CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Nov. 26, 2021) U.S. Navy Cmdr. Phillip Lieberman, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti command chaplain, reads stricture during the blessing of the reverse osmosis water purification unit (ROWPU) on base. The ROWPU is a self-sustaining system designed for supplying the Camp with potable water for consumption, sanitary, and fire protection needs. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
