EAST CHINA SEA (Nov. 28, 2021) Gunner's Mate 3rd Class Brandon Robinson, from Winchester, Ky., fires a shot line to the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE-7) during a replenishment at sea with the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76). Higgins is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy's largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet's principal surface force.
