PLEASANTON, Calif. (Nov. 20, 2021) Chief Cryptologic Technician Samantha LaVine begins the FY22 Northern California Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Pinning Ceremony at the Veteran's Memorial Building. Seventeen CPOs had their anchors pinned and donned their CPO covers for the first time in front of their fellow CPOs, command leadership, family, and friends. CPOs pinned are from Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Alameda, NRC San Jose, and Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron 3 Detachment Travis and (VQ-3 DET Travis).
