MDSU 2 Sailors and personnel assigned to the Navy�s Supervisor of Salvage and Diving (SUPSALV) are conducting a salvage operation to remove a sunken vessel which has blocked Pier 3 of the Vasco Nunez de Balboa port in Panama since 2004.
