SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 10, 2021) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 Detachment Guam provide civil engineering support to Navy Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1 at the Guam Harbor of Refuge.
