Philippe Warren and Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Andrew Obrien, both medical personnel with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 266, conduct an evacuation on a simulated casualty on an MV-22B Osprey during flight at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Nov. 10, 2021.
