PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 28, 2021) The navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) conducts a refueling-at-sea with the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67).
