DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Nov. 10, 2021) Master-at-Arms 1st Class John Zimmerman, from Everett, Wash., visits and play games with children at Caritas Orphanage, Djibouti, Nov. 10, 2021. Caritas has been working with street children in Djibouti for the last 18 years. Most of the nearly 1,000 street children registered with the organization in the country are migrants. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
