Aaron Bates, commanding officer of Navy Munitions Command Pacific East Asia Division Unit Sasebo, Japan delivers a command brief to the Sasebo City Assembly Base Affairs Special Committee at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Nov. 9, 2021.
