(Nov. 2, 2021) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Cameron Arellano, assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, uses a compaction sled to prepare for the placement of a footer for a pre-engineered building as part of training for future deployed operations.
