YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 28, 2021) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) Alexander Kempher, from Van Wert, Ohio, assigned to the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), practices takedown maneuvers during a security training exercise on Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY).
