YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 26, 2021) Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro congratulates Yeoman 3rd Class Aylin Vasquez, from Lake Elsinore, California, as Junior Sailor of the Year for the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). During Del Toro�s visit, he provided a message to the crew during an all hands call. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
