CARIBBEAN SEA (Oct. 16, 2021) The Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) conducts small boat operations while a Jamaica Defence Force helicopter flies overhead during a bilateral maritime exercise, Oct. 16, 2021, in the Caribbean Sea.
