Scott Miller, commanding officer of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), meets with Sailors from the U.K. Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 21 during Maritime Partnership Exercise (MPX) 2021, Oct. 17, 2021.
