SULU SEA (Oct. 11, 2021) Aviation Electrician's Mate 3rd Class Cullen Penrod, from Jacksonville, Fla., signals to a MH-60S Sea Hawk Helicopter, assigned to the �Blackjacks� of Helicopter Sea Combat (HSC) Squadron 21, aboard the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Charleston (LCS 18), during flight operations.
