SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 6, 2021) An E-2D Advanced Hawkeye assigned to the “Black Eagles” of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 113 and an EA-18G Growler assigned to the “Gauntlets” of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 136 prepare to launch off the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), Oct. 6, 2021.
