KEKAHA, Hawaii (Sept. 30, 2021) A student from Waimea High School assists scientists with measuring the surface area of the Nohili intertidal coastline fronting Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands to survey the Opihi limpet population. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumented multi-environment range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air and space operations simultaneously.
