GREAT LAKES, Ill (Sept. 15, 2021) Staff from Navy Uniform Matters evaluate the fit of a new type of physical training uniform on a recruit at Recruit Training Command (RTC). The selected recruit will observe how the uniforms affect daily performance while at RTC. More than 40,000 recruits train annually at the Navy's only boot camp.
