SAN DIEGO (Sept. 30, 2021) Kerry King, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Center (NMRTC) San Diego�s Simulation and Bio-Skills Training Center medical director and an emergency room physician, prepares for a simulated ultrasound during a surgical telemonitoring demonstration. The demonstration was conducted in the hospital�s Simulation and Bio-Skills Training Center and the Virtual Medical Operations Center (VMOC) concurrently, and was done to showcase potential impact of the VMOC on surgical and invasive procedure telementoring enterprise-wide.
