PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 30, 2021) The guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106) approaches the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) to conduct a replenishment-at-sea while Washington Chambers conducts a vertical replenishment with the U.S. Navy�s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
