Kaiser-class Fleet Replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) Kongō-class guided-missile destroyer JS Kirishima (DDG 174), Sept. 24, 2021.
