SEAL BEACH, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2021) Cmdr. Raul Cantu, company commander of Bravo Company assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11, takes part in the physical readiness test during the official resumption of the Navy’s physical fitness assessment 2021 cycle at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. The primary mission of MESF is to conduct maritime security operations across all phases of military operations by defending high value assets, critical maritime infrastructure, ports, and harbors both inland and on coastal waterways against enemies and when commanded conduct offensive combat operations.
