(Aug. 24, 2021) Chief Petty Officer David Begley holds his son Ben for the first time after USS San Juan (SSN 751) returned home to Submarine Base New London on Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021, following a seven month deployment. San Juan and crew, operating under Submarine Squadron (SUBRON) TWELVE, returned to homeport from a scheduled seven-month deployment in support of the Navy's maritime strategy of supporting national security interests and maritime security operations.
