NORFOLK (Aug. 20, 2021) Gen. Tod D. Wolters, Commander, U.S. European Command and NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), embraces Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis during a Change of Command ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis was relieved by Vice Adm.
