TEMA, Ghana (Aug. 13, 2021) U.S. Navy midshipmen from the U.S. Naval Academy climb aboard the expeditionary sea base USS Hershel �Woody� Williams (ESB 4) in Tema, Ghana, Aug. 13, 2021.
