PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 15, 2021) An E-2D Advanced Hawkeye assigned to the Black Eagles of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 113 launches from the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) to participate in a sinking exercise, Aug. 15, 2021.
