GROTON, Conn. (Aug. 6, 2021) The official party arrives to a Submarine Readiness Squadron (SRS) 32 change of command ceremony at Historic Ship Nautilus (SSN 571). Rear Adm. Rick Seif, center right, commander of Undersea Warfighting Development Center, presided over the ceremony as Cmdr. Shawn William, left, was relieved by Cmdr. Jacob Hurt, center left, as commanding officer. Capt. Matt Boland, right, commander of Submarine Squadron 12, was the guest speaker. SRS 32 provides support services and maintains mission readiness for Navy submarines homeported at Naval Submarine Base New London in Connecticut.
