(August 4, 2021) Chief Aviation Electronics Technician Chad Abel (right), a Recruit Division Commander assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), affixes the Charlie Company Officer Development School (ODS) class 21070 guidon after the class reached a milestone upon completion of their second week of training. ODS provides staff corps officers and several restricted line designators with training necessary to prepare them to function in their role as newly commissioned Naval officers.
