Mike Gilday presents the meritorious unit commendation to personnel of commander, Joint Region Marianas (JRM), at JRM headquarters July 30. The award was presented for meritorious achievement through unprecedented performance in response to the Coronavirus 2019 pandemic aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71).
