PACIFIC OCEAN (July 6, 2021) Seaman Kennon Bugay, assigned to amphibious transport dock USS Portland (LPD 27), works with U.S. Marines with the All Domain Reconnaissance Boat Team, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), to conduct small boat operations.
