Andrew Lewis, Commander, Joint Force Command (JFC) Norfolk, shake hands during the ceremony to declare JFC Norfolk's Full Operational Capability aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). JFC Norfolk stands as an operational embodiment of the Trans-Atlantic Bridge.
