PACIFIC OCEAN (July 11, 2021) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) and the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain (CG 57), transit with the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), July 11, 2021.
