CARIBBEAN SEA (July 10, 2021) The Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) conducts a passing exercise (PASSEX) with Dominican Republic navy Swiftship-110’-class patrol boat Canopus (GC 107) and Justice Boston whaler-class boat Nunke (LI 163), July 10, 2021.
