SASEBO, Japan (June 30, 2021) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Ithiyl Palmer, assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka Branch Health Clinic Sasebo, assists Japanese Master Labor Contract (MLC), Indirect Hire Agreement (IHA), and Mariner's Contract (MC) employees prior to receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccination during vaccine distribution at Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo's (CFAS) Showboat Theater June 30, 2021.
