INDIAN OCEAN (June 24, 2021) The guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) and the Indian navy Kolkata-class stealth guided-missile destroyers INS Kochi (D 64) steam in formation while conducting operations with the Navy�s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan is attached to Commander, Task Force 70/Carrier Strike Group 5 conducting underway operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
