(June 15, 2021) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Karl Rhoads and Utilitiesman 1st Class Matthew Cohara, assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, insert an ocean intake structure system into the sand while setting up a lightweight water purification system on a Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu beach during Command Post Exercise 4.
