PHILIPPINE SEA (June 1, 2021) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) approaches the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) in preparation for a refueling-at-sea evolution. Halsey is assigned to Commander, Task Force 70/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy's largest forward DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleets principal surface force.
