MILLINGTON, Tenn. (May 17, 2021) Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Adm. Bill K. Lescher visited Navy Personnel Command (NPC) at Naval Support Activity Mid-South for an introductory visit, May 17. Lescher meets with Sailors to congratulate them for their outstanding performance and contributions as part of Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Mid-South.
