ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 12, 2021) Machinist Mate 3rd Class John Washington, from Jacksonville, Fla., carries a JP-5 fuel line across the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Ignatius (DDG 117). Paul Ignatius is operating in the Atlantic Ocean in support of U.S. 6th Fleet�s full spectrum of joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied, joint, and inter-agency, partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
